Zen Stillness

Zen Stillness is a 90-minute set of new music, played on shakuhachi flute 尺八 – spacious, and
calming, designed for yoga practice, meditation and deep relaxation – soothing sounds send a signal to the brain to relax, and transport the listener to a beautiful, quiet place that helps to improve focus, enhance practice and relax.

A serene and tranquil soundtrack performed in the style of ancient Japanese Zen music from the shakuhachi tradition known as ‘Honkyoku’.
The pieces of the Zen Stillness Set are being released here for the first time, having not been included on any previous album.
